Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop

For now it is strictly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

*All funds must be cleared first in our account for goods to be dispatched to clients.

 How long will delivery take?

Depending on stock availability, delivery lead time is 3-5 working days in major centres and an additional 3 working days in outlying areas, with the exception below for In-Stock Items;

  • Gauteng Orders placed between 08:00 am – 12:00 pm will be delivered same day
  • Gauteng Orders placed between 12:00 pm – 17:00 pm will be delivered next business day

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders within Gauteng will receive R150 delivery fee.

All Other National Orders are charged at DHL rates. Kindly contact us via email for arrangements sales@modcomms.co.za.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All information at checkout is over Digicert SSL. Payments are handled by PayU, SA’s best eCommerce terminal provider.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email confirming your order and another to let you know that your goodies have shipped. You can contact Modcomms on sales@modcomms.co.za or Tel: (012)771-3925 at any time during working hours to check on the progress of your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, You will receive a tax invoice with your shipment also via email.
